  I used to enjoy eating at Kiki's in Olmito. But it seems every time we've ordered from there it would get increasingly worse. This last time was a joke. The meats were cold, the pico de gallo was mush, the corn tortillas were cold and hard. And the beans! All I got was a large cup of bean caldo. When we told the "person in charge" they just shrugged their shoulders as if to say "watcha gonna do."
  
  We even asked to pick it up because the same delivery guy would always get lost. You would think they would be more prepared and their drivers more knowledgeable. It's a joke.
  
  These mom and pop restaurants need to pick up their game. It's called customer service. It's not about you the restaurant and its owners. It's about your customers. Without your customers, you're out of business.
  
  And please hire people that speak English!

  Quite tasty. Good amount of food for the price. They serve one of my favorite cuts of beef: ribs cut Korean style. Really nice service.
